CORONA update from The Contour Day Spa

We continue to monitor and implement precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests & staff members. We’d like to update you on our actions:

* We have advised our employees of personal hygiene and social distancing techniques and have provisioned workplaces with sanitary supplies to inhibit the spread of the virus.

* Each HAIR and NAIL station – Sanitizes and sterilizes before touching the next guest. Same enhanced procedures apply to all FACIAL and MASSAGE suites.

* We have rearranges lunch area for our staff members.

* All sanitation practices have been enhanced, with robust cleaning and disinfecting of all facility equipment, public areas, shared spaces and high-touch surfaces.

We anticipate more adjustments will be made in this ever-changing environment as we continue to look to the authorities for direction, and appreciate the efforts of those working on the front line.

Cancellation Policy:
Changes or cancellations to an appointment need to be done 24 hours in advance.  Packages require a 48 hour notice to avoid a 100% charge. This applies to Gift Card holders as well. We require a valid credit card to secure and book an appointment.
