SPA POLICIES, ETIQUETTE, AMENITIES & HOW TO SPA

 

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your treatment. Please note: Should you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened to allow your therapist to meet his/her following appointment on time.

 

NOISE & CONSIDERATION: To ensure each guest enjoys their experience to the fullest, we ask for your help maintaining our tranquil environment. Please respect all guests’ privacy by maintaining conversations at a considerate volume in treatment areas. Cell phones must be turned off or silenced in treatment areas.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Packages require 48-hour cancellation notice in order to avoid a 100% charge. We will require securing an appointment with a valid credit card. Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

 

DISCOUNTS:

RECEIVE 10% from “a la carte” services of original brochure. Discounts do not apply to packages and to already discounted services. Discount on services PROVIDED ON WEEKDAYS ONLY to Teachers, School Employees, Nurses, Doctors, & all Hospital Employees, Students, Seniors, Police & Firemen. To our Military Personnel - Men & Women - “Thank you for your service!”

BIRTHDAYS DISCOUNT: 10% - “a la carte” services the whole month of your birth on WEEKDAYS ONLY!

NOTE: We do not double discount. ID will be required for the discount categories. Gratuity of regular prices will be collected upon check-in. No other discounts will apply, Photo ID is required.

FORM OF PAYMENT: All major credit cards accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity of 20% will apply on services upon check in.

 

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: We are a non-smoking and Drug FREE environment. We provide lockers, robes, and towels.

 

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards make a wonderful gift for loved ones. Order gift cards online at: www.contourdayspa.com, all gift cards sales are final, non-refundable & non-replaceable if lost. Our Gift Cards never expire.

 

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU:

• Leave jewelry and valuables at home, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Sauna and body-treatment rooms are co-ed, and require a bathing suit at all times.

• Please do not drink alcohol prior to or during treatments, advise your therapist of any medical conditions.

• Schedule resting time, and refrain from any vigorous activities for the day.

• Eat lightly prior to body therapies and drink plenty of water.

• Turn off cell phones while at spa level. • Do not schedule a treatment involving heat therapy if pregnant. We do not massage during the FIRST TRIMESTER.

• Specify therapist gender preference at time of booking.

• Speak with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure.

• You must be 16 or over to receive massage treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
