SPA ARRIVAL CHECK-IN: Please arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for your check in, and to present any gift cards you will be using towards the day’s services. Please note, should you arrive late, your treatments may be shortened to allow your therapist to meet their following appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes or cancellations to an appointment must be done 24 hours in advance ? Packages require a 8 hour notice to avoid a 100% charge. This applies to gift card holders as well. ? We require a valid credit card to book an appointment; We will require securing an appointment with a valid credit card. Our computer system will automatically delete you appointment
should it not recognize a valid credit card on file. Treatments you select are reserved especially for you.
LATE ARRIVAL: All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.
FOR YOUR PLEASURE: We are a non-smoking environment. We provide lockers, robes, slippers and towels.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation. Massage and Body Treatments - Please specify therapist gender preference at the time of booking. speak with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure. You must be 18 or over to receive massage treatments.
PREGNANCY: We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Reception team to guide you in selecting the treatments that are appropriate for you during this special time.
All major credit cards accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity of 20% will apply on all spa and salon services upon check in.
