Do you accept walk-ins?

~ We do accept walk-ins! However, calling to book an appointment in advance is strongly recommended to ensure availability!

 

Can I request a specific person for my service?

~ YES! In fact, we encourage this! Nothing is more important than your comfort and the compatibility of you and your service provider! We suggest looking through our staff page! We are also very active on both Instagram and Facebook; posting pictures and videos daily! All you have to do is ask for the technician you would like and our booking agents will place you with them at a time that works best for everyone!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes or cancellations to an appointment must be done 24 hours in advance. Packages require a 8 hour notice to avoid a 100% charge. This applies to gift card holders as well. We require a valid credit card to book an appointment; We will require securing an appointment with a valid credit card. 

Do your gift cards expire?

~ Our gift cards all have monetary value that will never expire!  Purchase our Gift Cards here.

Can I book an appointment online?

 

~ You can request an appointment here. "Appointment Requests" are checked hourly, Be sure to follow up with a confirmation from us for availability. We confirm via email, text or a phone call.

 

Will I receive a confirmation for my appointment?

 

Yes. You may receive a text and/or email reminder of your appointment up to the day before, so please keep us updated with any changes to your contact information!

 

Do you accept payment over the phone?

 

We do not accept payment over the phone, however, you can purchase gift cards for any amount in the gift cards tab on our website! If you need assistance with the process, you can call us at (954)-472-7733.

 

Can I pay in cash?

 

We accept cash and credit/debit cards, as well as Contour Day Spa Gift Cards. We do not accept personal checks

 

How do I leave gratuity?

 

~ 20% gratuity is added for our technicians for every service, and payment is collected before the service begins. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and Contour Day Spa gift cards.

 

 



Mid Week Special

We understand that it's not always easy to rearrange your schedule for your hair care needs. To give you an incentive to book with us during our quieter times, we invite you to join us on a Tuesday or Wednesday before 3:00 PM for a Hair Styling service at 20% off our normal price. 

 

Please call ahead for openings and be sure to mention this ad at the time of booking to be eligible for a discount.
